The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from collaborating with hiring managers to setting realistic technical requirements to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard,working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.As a technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.What will you Do:1. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.2. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.3. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.4. Arranging telephone, video, or in,person interviews.5. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.6. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.7. Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.8. Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.9. Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with the recruitment process.10. Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.11. Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.12. Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical,industry community and marketplace.13. Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booths at job fairs.14. Performs other related duties as assigned.Who should apply:1. 4,6 years of experience in the tech recruitment domain.2. Bachelor's degree in related technical and,or human resources field required.3. Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, Front,end, Back,end, Mobile Technologies etc., with prior experience in technical roles.4. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.5. Good interpersonal and decision,making skills.6. Negotiation skills.7. Focuses on individual,team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.8. Professional knowledge related to the incumbent's position, team, and department.9.
