This role will define and execute Z1's strategy across all disciplines within the People function, creating a best,in,class People experience for all Z1 employees.Roles & Responsibilities :, Serve as a trusted, expert resource in all things People for our employees and executive team., Build best,in,class people programs in performance management, learning & development, compensation planning, and onboarding., Develop and execute on strategic recruiting initiatives to hire the best teammates across all of our markets., Develop strategy that ensures Z1 hires and retains outstanding people in a culture that celebrates all walks of life , personally and professionally., Partner with leaders at all levels of seniority to ensure best people practices across the entire organization., Deliver top of the line benefits to our team including the best in health, dental, gym and more., Be the expert resource for all compliance and legal employment matters at the national, state, and local levels., Be the ultimate change agent for People initiatives.Requirement :, A good concrete working experience of 8,12 years in the HR vertical., Experience working in a dynamic, startup environment where you will regularly roll up your sleeves to help get the job done., Experience developing teams and leaders across all HR disciplines., The ability to inspire employees and drive cultural initiatives at all levels of the organization., Excellent social skills and exceptional emotional intelligence., Capable of building relationships with employees to influence powerful change., Proven project management and change management skills.
