VDO.AI is looking for a Head , Sales & Growth to join our team to build, grow and guide a robust SaaS sales and growth team, covering multiple markets globally. Reporting to the Founding team, you will hire, coach and mentor a sales & support team, build and close a pipeline of client deals, and lay the foundation for exponential revenue growth for the company.Responsibilities :, Take direct ownership of generating and closing all enterprise,level deals across all industry verticals, ensuring strong adoption and relationships across existing and new large clients, Responsible for all revenue, sales pipelines, and demand generation channels for VDO.AI, with direct ownership, Build, coach, and inspire a high,performance sales and revenue team, anchored on data,driven CRM pipeline management, and focused on exponential growth OKRs., Be a customer advocate by capturing feedback, understanding client problems, and providing solutions by working closely with the VDO.AI product & engineering team., Drive renewal and upsell revenue by increasing product adoption and usage., Be part of the Leadership Team to provide strategic inputs on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectivesRequirements :, Need to have at least 10,15 years of total experience in Sales in a fast,paced B2B growth startup, B2B SaaS, or Technology company, A confident, organized, self,starting, and entrepreneurial Sales leader who thrives on new challenges and loves building & coaching sales teams in a high,activity environment. , A sharp, energetic, and detail,oriented person is passionate about sales and growth hacking., An amazing communicator (must be extremely fluent in spoken and written English) with strong presentation skills and a strategic mindset in sales & revenue planning., Candidates should have at least 4,6 years of experience in people management and leading high,performing sales teams, with an exemplary track record. Experience in successfully running business teams for high,growth startups will also be considered, Candidates are also expected to exhibit strategic thinking on business planning and sales strategy for their teams and markets in this role., Demonstrable sales planning,based thinking ability with excellent communication skills (verbal, written) and presentation skills are a must., Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry. Direct connections to HR decision,makers, other senior management, and C,level executives will be advantageous, Committed and highly collaborative leader who can coach,mentor their sales team while establishing a healthy working culture. , Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team to focus on the overall sales & key accounts planning roadmap, pipeline management, and high,velocity sales to close multiple customer deals while ensuring client success, Excellent in data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs , Sheets , Slides), pipeline management, and forecastingZ1 Media is a technology first company which strives to innovate digital advertising and marketing to streamline automation in favor of humankind.
