Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning6. Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.Ideal Candidate:1. Proven work experience as an Talent Acquisition , HR Recruiter or similar role2. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases3. Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.4. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.5. Understanding of referral programs6. Solid verbal and written communication skills7. Sound judgment
