Our 500+ strong team is growing rapidly in India, USA, South,East Asia and other countries.About the role:We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help business in Manpower Planning, Performance Management Systems, Succession Planning, Engagement and Retention. , Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention., Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirements are met as per Plan., Formulate people agenda for respective teams and closely work with business to drive positive business outcomes., Oversee the new employee induction and on,boarding to the team., Work with Learning & Development team to enable talent development in line with career aspirations and succession planning., Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company.The ideal candidate:, Has 3+ years of experience as HRBP in a Tech Startup, Has experience in rapidly growing organizations (2x,3x team growth in short periods), Brings in best HR practices and gets them implemented in the organization, Excellent stakeholder management; communication and presentation skills, Has a masters degree with good pedigree
