Role: Sr. Sales & Operations Manager, Driving, mapping, tracking, meeting, and delivery of sales revenue & hired targets, Hire and manage a high,performance team to meet objectives of growth and performance, Lead, Motivate & Manage team , Coach and review them to extract great performance, Manage end to end projects & to create and adhere new processes to ensure profitable business, Responsible for strategizing and handling day to day operations, Identifying high quality & high performance new opportunities,channels for expanding & growing hired numbers, Coordinate with all the support functions like hiring, training, product, Key account management to achieve the desired results and targets,goalsIdeal profile for this role:, Enjoys solving complex problems, Has strong people skills with experience in managing and leading layered teams and budgets, Proven track record of managing operations & achieving targets , including planning, team management, Candidate should demonstrate the ability to work in a fast,paced, hyper growth environment, Candidate would be an MBA 6,10 years of experience and preferably from Startup,Zomato,Ola,Uber,Swiggy,FMCG,Telecom background, Should be ready to relocate to Bangalore
