As a Customer Insights Lead for Wooqer, you will be part of the organisation's back,bone, helping hundreds of enterprises and thousands of users take their ideas and strategies to execution. As our first Customer Insights person, you get to lay the foundation towards building a billion dollar business and grow along. You shall get to work alongside outstanding people backed by a super innovative platform that customers love.Role & Responsibilities :As a Customer Insights Lead you will be responsible for tracking, capturing data, conducting research and building insights into all that enables the company to acquire, retain and grow customers, both in terms of platform adoption and revenue.You shall be part of the Customer Operations team working closely with Customer Success Managers, helping them be successful in their Customer adoption and Growth objectives. You shall be evaluated on adoption and revenue growth and success of team members enabled by you. To achieve your goals, you will invest efforts in the following broad areas:Build Insights :, Work closely with Customer Success Managers and put processes or product features in place to ensure ongoing capture of qualitative data about customers. Structure it to enable insights., Track all aspects of product usage data on an ongoing basis. Identify additional data points to better understand how customers are interacting with the product and work closely with the product and tech team to enable capture. Build and keep refining an analytics model to derive insights to increase adoption and drive in,customer growth., Manage all MIS and insights around Customer success processes to ensure that they actually enable success against goals, making recommendations and changing processes where needed., Build and continuously refine a model for understanding and continuously tracking Customer RoI and proactively highlight risk scenarios., Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Customer Marketing rep to develop case studies on an ongoing basis., Conduct high value and relevant market research studies and work closely with Customer Marketing rep to develop Whitepapers and Research reports to enable inbound Lead generation and customer growth efforts. Provide Forecasts :, Identify patterns and build a prediction model that helps forecast revenue and adoption growth.Proactively make recommendations to drive increase in adoption and revenue, Work with the Customer Success and Solutions teams to identify and understand RoI for new use cases and help pick the ones likely to deliver maximum value to customers and WooqerProactively drive Decisions & Actions :, Build a process for driving recommendations towards decisions and actions by product, tech, sales and customer success teams. , Track outcomes on recommendations provided and work with relevant teams to ensure that expected outcomes are achieved, changing approachable or methodology where needed, in order to genuinely achieve the desired outcomes.You know you are the right one if you have :, An Engineering , MBA , Stat degree from a Premium institute following by 2,3 years working experience in an Insights or Data Analyst role (SaaS experience preferred)., Ability to write SQL queries , Outstanding analytical skills, Comfort using analytical tools, An eye for detail with the ability to watch out for the larger picture, Result orientation with ability to stay focused on outcomes to be achieved, Strong communication skills.
