Job Title: HRM LeaderExperience :, 6 , 9 yearsLocation : Narasapura,Kolar.Working Days: 6 days, weekResponsibilities: , Serve as the primary point of contact on workforce management policies, Ensure service level targets are met; maintain the right headcount based on the cost center, Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of scheduling for new hire, Person Data Profiles ,Maintaining all the information of new hire, Employee Job Data Maintenance with necessary changes time to time, Issuing IT services activation Email ID creating for New hire,Deactivation of the service in terms of termination, Official Organization Adjustment Approval and Announcement Process, Organization Adjustment , Department Data Maintenance Announcement After Approved, Serve as the real,time monitor for the CFT team, Mediate and resolve employee relations issues related the work flow, Employees Probation Evaluation for on roll employees as per the due coordinating with HOD, and if any probation extension follow up Issues of the letters to the employees , MIS reporting with help of the data availability in the system as and when require by team.
