Winuall ( is a leading B2B Ed,tech startup that empowers and enables coaching institutes and private tutors to provide online education and grow their brand and identity in the digital world.In this role with Winuall, you will play a pivotal role in increasing the talent density of the organisation through meticulous planning and execution of various facets of HR function. You responsibilities will fall into talent acquisition as well as HRBP areas.You will be responsible for:In the area of Talent Acquisition : , Enabling various sourcing channels to fulfil a variety of roles in the organisation, Establishing Winuall as a leading recruiter in key campuses from a long term view, Preparing job descriptions as per the functional requirements for various roles, Setting up and strengthening recruitment standards across the organisation, Engaging with line managers to plug the gaps in any stage of the process, Mentoring a team to meet the desired quality and quantity of hiring within the timelinesIn the area of HR Business Partnering: , Enabling a strong work culture across the organisation, Engaging with people managers to drive all the people initiatives, Driving employee engagement initiatives across teams, Developing and implementing practices that provide uber cool experience across the employee life cycle, Managing and optimising budgets across various HR expense heads, Overseeing administrative and payroll activities and compliancesThe core competencies desired are:, Strong abilities to understand the nuances of various roles, Keenly interested in solving behavioral problems through innovative ways, Proven application towards problem solving to achieve desired results, Hands on with tasks to make things happen, Strong sense of initiative & ownership towards excellence, Openness to stretch beyond the job description, learn and deliver, Excellent written and spoken communication skills
