In your role as Manager , Business Development, you will be develop a strong understanding of client's business requirements, establish strong client relationships, develop and lead a team of strong BD professionals , effectively growing our business presence in the education industry. ,Your success in this role lies in fulfilling the following responsibilities consistently & diligently:, Coaching and developing your team to perform to their highest potential, Devising strategies to enhance revenue generation , Achieving your individual and team revenue goals consistently, Improving efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes on a continuous basis, Negotiating key deals with strategic view point with key clients, Developing long term relationships with key people at client's organizations, Resolving critical client concerns to ensure smooth closure of the deals, Preparing & analysing sales reports to develop insights and actions accordingly, Preparing weekly and monthly sales reportsDesired Competencies:, Strong desire to coach people and develop as a leader, Exceedingly high sense of ownership towards one's goals, Excellent listening skills to deeply understand the client's needs, Well honed persistence and persuasion skills, Willingness to seek support, learn and achieve one goals, Ambition to continuously exceed expectations towards delivery and timelinesEducational Qualification : , Any graduate,post graduate with at least 3 year of experience in sales, Experience of having led,managed a team in previous role(s) is a must, Experience in SaaS sales is an added advantageIf you are passionate about solving a real world problem in education, if you believe in building your leadership skills and career, we would love to meet you and have you onboard!
