Own the, and create an environment with a vibe that gives every employee a reason to feel attached to this workplace2. Build and Lead an HR cross,functional program crafted to elevate the team experience.3. Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions4. Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)5. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.6. Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; and recommending changes.7. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.8. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.9. Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.10. Be a great listener and lend an empathic ear to each employee, including the office boy.About you :1. In,depth knowledge of candidates selection methods2. Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment process3. Hands on experience with Application tracking system4. Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills5. Impactful presentation style6.
