, We are looking for a marketing head to drive and unify member experience, brand purpose, creative communication, public relations (PR) and marketing technology. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding and PR., He,she will have the ability to lead a team of creative writers, designers, PR and communication and product marketing managers to deliver solutions that make a significant impact on core business metrics as well as the brand perception in the external market. , She, he will be required to provide strategic and thought leadership on all things brand and marketing across the Embassy Group, as well as leverage the capabilities of the team across entities for driving efficiency and facilitating employee growth and development. Responsibilities:, Partner with the leadership team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally., Consistently identify revenue opportunities, create and drive highly personalized end,to,end member journeys to drive member engagement and retention., Ideate and identify short,term and long,term campaign scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit,loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations., Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team., Lead the development of our marketing plans by working closely with the digital marketing, events, creative and content teams to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services., Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing strategy, including design of test,control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis and recommendations as well as communication, Enable integrated global Omni,channel demand generation campaigns that create a pipeline that enables predictive demand modelling and anticipatory demand generation, Define the marketing segmentation, data, operations strategy and tech stack that enables strategic targeting, performance measurement, price,promotion integration, and integrated reporting across sales and marketing., Drive segmentation strategy to enable significant acceleration in efficiency pipeline, revenue, and scale operations. , Leverage data and analytics from multiple sources to inform marketing and investment strategies to drive conversion and accelerate sales results., Lead the thinking and implementation of an integrated brand communication strategy aligned with marketing initiatives, product stories, mergers and acquisitions, funding, IPO etc. Drive storytelling for the brand in sync with the culture and values of the organisation, Lead alignment of creative and messaging across all marketing channels: digital, activation,events, PR, etc Develop effective and efficient media strategy, planning and buying working with external agencies and aligned with group business priorities., Adopt a commercial approach in designing the right organisation structure, with a great balance of internal talent and outsourcing. Should be able to inspire, motivate and engage a relatively young team to reach their full potential, as well as attract high calibre talent for critical roles across the brand and marketing organisation, Experience in supporting the organisation with funding, mergers and acquisitions and IPO readiness through a solid PR, communication and branding strategy, is requiredRole Requirements:, At least 15 years of experience in a marketing leadership role , The right candidate will demonstrate thought leadership and a knack for getting things done in close collaboration with technical, creative, and business teams in a fast paced environment, Experience utilizing strong analytical skills, in order to guide strategy and influence stakeholders with a data driven approach, Ability to take ownership of complex projects, from ideation through implementation and beyond, Problem solver with a successful history of using a proactive, strategic approach to managing risks and issues, Must be able to demonstrate boundaryless behaviour and role model the company values and culture, and be able to commit to the long term success of the organisation
