Role Description:, Develop, oversee and help implement new and existing programs and projects which create short,term and long,term value for the company, Conceptualize and design the blueprint & roll,out plan for new Business Initiatives and work with various departments internally to implement them, Creating progress reports, proposals and other documents and presentations for active tracking and implementation of existing and new programs, Developing strategies for entering new markets and expanding our offerings, Ad,hoc internal projects which impact the current funnel performance of the company, Market research into possible new business segments and business lines, inclusive of theoretical and on,ground research, Working as an internal active and influential business strategy consultant to understand the customer's and solve for their pain points, Working closely with the founders on multiple ad,hoc projects, ranging from new partnerships, fund raise, etc., Coordinate & minute the reviews and updates on various initiatives and action items of multiple teams to ensure progress as per the plan, Play a major role in specific enhancements of current business systems to meet changing business needs and priorities. Perform process, data, and business analysis as required, Prepare business plans , financial plans for the overall firm and for specific programmes , You may also need to network, helping your company develop relationships with external and internal partnersAttributes we are looking for :, MBA from Tier 1,2 institutes, 1+ year of experience post MBA from top tier Management consulting firms , Banks , Financial Institutions , Technology start,up, Understanding of lending and,or insurance industry would be a plus, Ability to work with senior leadership and management teams across business units, Ability to get on the ground be part of functional teams and execute the strategy is must, Should be comfortable managing and working with ambiguity and finding solutions from the same, Understanding of financial models, with experience in creating them a plus, High Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ability to use SQL will be a plus
