Job Description

Business Development and Profitability :1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects in the regions and evaluating them2. Establishing and achieving sales targets in the regions by developing contacts and building relationships with existing customers3. To increase the visibility of Welspun Flooring products in respective regions4. Development and expansion of region with new customer relationships in all marketsNetworking and Relationships :1. Develop and maintain strong network and relationships with distribution dealers and channel partners2. Effectively communicate with distribution dealers and channel partners on any marketing,incentive scheme3. Meet with critical clients, architects and builders to build and maintain relationships4. Represent Welspun Flooring at key functions such as trade fairs, industry exhibitions etc.5. Resolve market queries and customer queries on timely basis6. To ensure business development by meeting high end builders, architects and interior designers7. Effectively manage and develop growth of distribution dealer base and channel partners and identifying new channel partners and getting them onboardBusiness review & Team Management :1. Communicate regularly with the ASMs on various policies, processes and guidelines with respect to Welspun Flooring products2. Ensure regular team reviews and monitoring the performance of ASMs with a view to motivate the team3. Promoting adoption and usage of sales force in ASMs with a view to increase fair selling practicesMarket Connect :1. Carry out intensive field visits and interact with dealers and end users2.
