Role Context:As a Recruitment Specialist, you will contribute to Foundations growth goals by focusing and delivering a best in class recruitment service, building excellent relationships with business stakeholders and enabling success by attracting talent from challenging & niche marketplaces. This role is responsible for the day,to,day operational aspects of the Recruitment deliverables. A key objective of the role is to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained and achieved.Roles and Responsibilities:, Ability to handle sourcing for all levels including interviewing candidates and on,boarding, Sourcing through direct channels & deliver in,house sourcing capability to the extent of 90%, Excellent knowledge of interviewing & selection process across levels, Ensuring candidate satisfaction scores are extremely high, Continually seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, Manage project tightly end to end, ensuring quality assurance on day to day recruitment activities and attainment of project deliverables in line with KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established for the project, Communicating with external sources, i.e. peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact talent, Anticipating the foundations future and working with senior executives to advice on recruiting tactics, Drive employee referral program to build a strong pipeline of talent, Create metrics to select recruitment firms for recruitment. Shortlist and empanel partners basis the metrics, Coordinate recruitment with the empaneled partners (contingent workforce, search firms, job posting agencies, temporary staffing agencies etc.), Create data and analytical processes which enable assessment of complex informationQualifications, Skills & Experience:, Applicants must hold a relevant post,graduate degree in Human Resources, MBA or allied disciplines, Minimum 6 years of Total experience, Experience in both domestic and international recruitment, including ability to do & handle search mandates, Highly developed sense of ethics, integrity and confidentiality; attention to details, and ability to meet deadlines; willingness to put in extra working hours, as necessary, Team player; with good interpersonal skills, willing to work in a multicultural environment with teams in different countries, Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures, Energetic, confidence, maturity and interpersonal sensitivity, Exceptional English,language skills, Strong skills in using technology, including knowledge of MS office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
