Position Title: Manager , Financial ReportingRole Context:The accounting and financial reporting requirements are changing across the globe in the Not for Profit sector. This has necessitated recruiting a person who is having experience both in Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis. Roles & Responsibilities: Accounting :, Provide a leadership role in order to supervise, track and evaluate day,to,day activities of the organization including book,keeping, vendor payments, employee reimbursements etc., Payroll management and related compliance., Basic Statutory compliance , both domestic and international., Assist in internal and statutory audits., Establish proper accounting methods, policies, and principles., Documentation of fiscal files and records as per the legal requirements., Expert knowledge of accounting principles.Reporting : , Ensuring that financial reporting is of high quality and meets applicable accounting principles and regulations., Producing monthly reports and assist in the preparation of MIS reports., Perform various financial & non,financial analyses (Cost saving, Expense mgmt., etc.) & support decision making., Expertise in ensuring better financial performance; proven skills in enhancing systems for higher performance of the team, Ensure adherence to internal procedures & controls to ensure a four,eyes principle is applied always., Self,starter with the ability to work and prioritize on own initiative and to grasp new concepts quickly.Skills, Experience, and Qualification:, Proactive in identifying and escalation of potential areas of risk with a view to minimization of key risk areas., Strong team player with solid and effective interpersonal skills., Sound analytical, logical, and problem,solving skills., Flexibility in multi,tasking within and across teams within a challenging deadline and volume,driven environment., Assume accountability through a willingness to take ownership and responsibility for team performance and goals., Ability to embrace change and foster an environment of continuous improvement to attain greater efficiencies and increase automation of processes., Has proven motivation and team,building skills., Sound knowledge of the life cycle of the financial processes., CA with Analytical experience ,MBA., 8 , 10 years relevant work experience in Accounting & Financial reporting., Proficiency in Excel and MS office applications., Good verbal and written communication skills in EnglishDesired skills : , Accounting and reporting , Smart person, Good Communication, Good colleges, Prefer start,up experience, Expert in Excel skills , key for the role (most critical skill), Business Intelligence reporting (BI reporting)Must Have Skills:, CA with Analytical experience ,MBA, Expert knowledge in ExcelLocation : BangalorePrefer candidates who can join immediately.
