This is a leadership role. This leader will partner with founders and other leaders to enable the company achieve its strategy, goals and vision. This role offers the opportunity for tremendous impact and influence the growth and scale of the company. The person would report to the Cofounder & CEO., Experience 12,15 years of experience in HR. , Deep experience in providing thought leadership across HR functions. Startup experience is preferred. , Experience in working through periods of significant change, disruption across a diverse range of business contexts (e.g., start up, high growth, declining industry, etc.) , Ecommerce,Retail experience is desirable, and at minimum, S(He) should have experience working in organizations with a large front,line workforce. , Experience in a digitization,supply chain context will be preferred. , Experience in projects for efficiency, creating a value driven organization, and performance management is a must. , High attention to detail while simultaneously capable of seeing the whole picture. , Experience in Tech,Product,Design hiring a must. Must have conducted or actively taken part in organizing campus programs. , Handling of entire range of HR business processes , Proven ability to standardize and re,engineer HR processes that can help with scale. Location Bengaluru No of working days,6 Qualifications:1. MBA in HR in top institutes or post,graduation in psychology or any other equivalent field. 2. Must be a high energy, collaborative leader who has subject matter expertise in Leadership, Organizational & Career Development and a proven track record of working independently to build and implement effective talent initiatives. 3. Ability to work in very fast paced environment, ability to work weekends when required, 4. Ability to travel to multiple company locations inside the Bangalore city, and outside to all cities such as Mysore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and other Tier 2 cities where thecompanyis operating, to understand the employee needs, and understand first hand the company culture and scaling challenges.5. Ability to innovate and challenge current norms to drive change in the organization and work with people of varying backgrounds and organizational levels. 6. Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical talent and workforce strategies,initiatives. 7. Strong business acumen, subject matter expertise in Leadership and Organizational Development. 8. Proven track record of building and leading a progressive talent development strategy.
