This opportunity is with leading bank in Mumbai.CTC 25 Lacs maxMaintain, develop and strengthen USRM relationships with B Schools, Tech Schools and Graduate Colleges and Schools across the country (across tiers), Execute the overall USRM Strategy that is framed for each FY, Position as 'Preferred Employer of Choice' and enhance mindshare amongst universities and schools globally under the aegis of bank University & School Relationship Management Program, Develop strategies and action plans to position BANK as a Great Place To Work and fortify as the most preferred Employer BrandUniversity & School Relationship Management : , Maintain sustainable relationship with Directors,Placement Committees,Principals of target campuses, institutions, relevant industry bodies, In charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle , attraction to induction. This includes all activities from drawing up a pre,placement talk schedule, calendaring and implementing events, offer letter release, pre,joining engagement and onboarding & induction, Work with the Businesses in a Human Resource advisory role in understanding their campus recruitment needs. and creates custom plans to execute the same, Manage and maintain market data on schools and evaluate them using internal and external parameters. , Be the process owner and track best practices in the market. Suggests process improvements where necessary, Seek unique opportunities where offerings of BANK (existing or new) can be leveraged in strengthening our brand at campusesEmployer Branding: , Develop programs to create awareness about BANK and design initiatives leveraging existing programs, Manage and maintain short term engagements with campuses involving internships, workshops, knowledge exchange etc. Manage the entire lifecycle of internships from attraction to on,boarding, Forge relationship with K,12 schools to build mutually beneficial partnerships, Tap into student forums and creates campus ambassadorship to further BANK messaging at target campuses, Gather market intelligence and analyze data to draw meaningful trends and conclusions that can help understand campuses and our target audience better
