Job Purpose: To enable business achieve its objectives by building superior employee Experience (creating a respected Employer Brand)Key Responsibilities:, Managing and Leading the End to End HR Operations in the circle, Coordinate with the central recruitment team to close the circle level vacancy, Driving the diversity agenda for the circle, Providing significant improvements in HR practices within the business unit through several initiatives, Ensuring prompt resolution of staff grievances related to various HR policies to maintain cordial management,employee relations, Increased motivation and positive morale through direct interaction with managers and employees on a day to day basis., Strengthened operational efficiencies by bringing in automation and innovation, Promoting meritocracy and a culture that addresses poor performance., Effective Employee Relation and liaison in the B.U. Open House, Focus Groups, Skips etc. Presenting HR updates in review meets.
