One of the key goals for you is to collaborate with the larger HR team to get Virohan in India's Great Places to Work rankings within 3 years of joining.Overview of the Role and Requirements:Planning:, Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs., Manage the end,2,end recruitment process including sourcing, initial assessments, interviews, and offers, Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast, Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirementsSourcing & Selection :, Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job sites, social platforms and professional networks, partner consulting services, etc.), Plan employee referral programs and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors, Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in,person interviews, Foster long,term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesEmployer branding :, Design, plan and execute employer branding activities, Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing) and represent the organization on various platforms and events that promote employer branding, Plan procedures for improving the candidate experienceProcess Management :, Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.), Leverage the use of technology for TA, MIS.At the end of one year, success would mean closing 100% hiring requirements within 1 month of request raised, taking a minimum of 3 large scale initiatives to improve employer branding and continuous process improvement.What can you expect:, No, door policy and a transparent work culture, Collaborative and diverse team which values mutual respect and clear communication, Work closely with management and be a part of the organization's leadership team, Salary as per industry standardsThe Successful Applicant:, 3+ years experience in talent acquisition, In,depth knowledge of full,cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, Excellent communication skills, Prior experience of managing TA in a growth stage companyAbout Virohan:Virohan is a Healthcare focused Ed,Tech company training youth for jobs in the healthcare sector.
