VP ops role requires a unique blend of talent, leadership and attention to detail. We are looking at someone who is comfortable being creative, analytical and drive an enthusiastic team. You need to have an entrepreneurial mind,set and an urgency to execute ideas.He,she has to manage the services business operations by working with multiple project teams to oversee operations activities of the company, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and lower costs to meet the business objectives. Projects include multiple service offering to manage the supply chain of Media and Entertainment industry customers that range from Production, Post production, TV and OTT platforms.Relevant Background:MBA from a top business school with 10 to 15 years work experience with at least 8,10 years of experience in Broadcast and OTT and media operations.Key Skills:Excellent communication skills; Must be a self,starter, proactive and highly organized. Key Responsibilities:, Work closely with all key stakeholders on cost, turnaround time, quality and service delivery with an eye for process orientation, Improve and automate data management and reporting as an endeavour to build efficiencies and drive continuous improvement within the guard rails of cost, quality, reliability & customer experience, Complete insight to process decomposition of Media processes for proper and efficient running of Media business., Drive continuous learning and process improvement culture change through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy and visible hands,on leadership, Build and implement SOPs to manage workflow and day to day operations, Managing end to end projects like turnarounds, business development, process modelling and governance, strategic planning at corporate level., Ensure adherence to the SLAs as informed to the customer and work towards continuous improvement for serving all customers within the stated service delivery times across the globe, Maintain operational excellence and lead a team of operations managers, Facilitate media processing, content management and digital deliveries across wide variety of platforms, clients & media., Work closely with senior leadership to execute the company's vision.
