JOB DESCRIPTION OF VP, HUMAN RESOURCES:, Overall HR Head of Company comprising of 10 factories with a workforce of 9000+, The Role & Responsibilities encompass monitoring of all facets of HR functions at the Factory and Corporate levels including, Manpower (Planning, Sourcing, Placement), HR Policies formulation & implementation, Performance Appraisals Implementation , Recruitment & Placement , Training & Development , Corporate and Plant level, Reduce Attrition & Absenteeism, Liaison with Statutory agencies , Maintain cordial industrial relations between Factory Management and work force., Statutory compliance & Compliance audit, HR initiatives & Engagement activities at plant level , Time office & Payroll, MIS ReportsCANDIDATE PROFILE:, Graduate,Post Graduate in Human Resources Management with LL.B. degree from a recognized university , Experience of minimum 10,15 years with IR expertise in a reputed manufacturing Company as General Manager,VP,HR, Dynamic, Result,oriented, Futuristic with proven acumen as a good HR professional REPORTING LEVEL : SR. VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTORS & MD
