VP, Head , Credit Card Co,brand Location , MumbaiOrganization, A leading Indian Bank.Job Role :, Engaging with players in the market who can be probable credit card co,brand partners, From identifying the interested parties to managing the relationship and partner side digital sales ,distribution ,rewards program, Managing the existing relationship of co,brands, Owner of Co,brand product P&L, processes, products, marketing visibility in terms of right collaterals at digital,offline channels , Running Direct to Customer campaigns for a complete DIY fulfilment at partner site, Working closely with Risk,Analytics Team to feed sales team with Pre,approved data for various customer segments, Create various cohorts of data either basis customer segments or distribution channels, for sharp shooting offers to right channels,customers, Tracking the outcome of such activities, in terms of reach out efficiency, conversion efficiency, right product,customer fit efficiency, Give feedback,inputs to Digital capabilities team to improve customer journeys so that success rate of STP is improved, Generate feedback of the process gap,journey drops to build large PA,PQ base Job Requirements :, Relationship Management, managing alliances and a strong understanding of Digital Sales , Credit Card product and P&L understanding , Strong market insight,network amongst existing ecosystem players, A strong analytical bent of mind, ability of managing large amount of data, Understanding of customer behaviour, given that cards is a consumer business with a strong behaviour shifts or fixesEligibility:, 10,15 years of experience in Alliances, digital campaigns credit cards or any company running co,brands with other banks , MBA from premier B,school, Preference for a relevant experience in same field in bank,partners managing co,brand partnerships
