Pay Services Manager, Excellent communication skills with strong team management experience, Will report to head of colleague Services, India, Incumbent would be largely responsible to manager entire Benefit Portfolio (Includes , Insurance benefits, meal card & car lease), Would also be managing trust portfolio, Should have clear understanding of Risk (general banking perspective), Ability to understand technology (how to leverage technology , more self,serviced), Manage stakeholders across HRLT & Business (R&R team, HRBP, s, Trustees etc), Team Management: 3,5 DR's (dynamic to business), Work Location: Gurgaon
