Mentor, train, and lead the team while engaging with clients on a strategic level and oversee projects at a macro level. An individual at this position will be part of the top 10% of the senior professionals at TresVista.Responsibilities AssumedManaging Client Relationships:, Acquiring knowledge of clients, operations and general strategy, Managing and growing relationships with existing clientsTeam Management and Leadership:, Being responsible for the performance of a team consisting of Analysts, Associates and AVP, s, Mentoring, training and developing the team, Undertaking staffing and workload management for the teamStrategy:, Involving in creating pitch materials for target markets, Envisaging the future analytical needs of the organization & starting to create the corresponding statistical framework, Translating the business problem into the analytical problem and giving the corresponding understanding to the team, Championing awareness of data indicators within the organization and helping everyone to proactively identify data patterns, growth trends, and areas of improvement, Leveraging complex data algorithms and numerical methods for forecasting, simulation, and predictive analysis, designing to optimize key decisions and metrics such as retention, engagement, and operations, Working with all teams in the company to understand, plan and drive actionable data,based decisions, championing the Data Science culture, Using various machine learning strategies to model and forecast consumer dynamics as well as business performance indicators using both spatial and non,spatial data sourcesPrerequisites :, Strong grasp of data analytics concepts and an analytical ability, Team management experience with a focus on mentoring, Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal), Entrepreneurial team player with excellent multitasking skill, Self,reliant and creative problem,solving skillsExperience :, An MBA in Business Analytics with a minimum of 8 years of work experience, or 10+ years of work experience in Data Analytics,Machine Learning,Big Data project management with a bachelor's degree
