Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:, Will be responsible for owning the P&L of specific referral programs, Own, manage and deliver referral lead generation outcomes by working with various customer facing teams, Conduct training sessions and oversee skills development efforts for bottom quartile performers, Conducting weekly meetings to deliver insights to various team members, set targets & course corrections using relevant data points, Analyse lead performance data across various funnels & work with last mile sales team to drive conversions, Work closely with different team to identify Ambassadors and get them enrolled in the program & impact the high,velocity referrer metric, Forge partnerships with various corporates to tap into a large base of employees for upGrad programs to drive Corporate Referrals, Lead a team of Relationship Managers to drive referral leads generation efforts, Generate daily performance reports & optimize operations and strategy for best business outcomesSkills Required :, Demonstrated history of working and overachieving monthly sales targets in a B2C,B2B sales environment, Managed and mentored a sales team for at least a year, Proficient in Ms Excel to maintain daily dashboards and analyse data, Excellent Communication skills ( Verbal & Written)
