Job Description

, Responsible for identifying training needs from different departments by meeting the stakeholders and analysing performance trends and other productivity data, Adept in identifying the right Root Cause Analysis tools and ability to execute a TNA & TNI exercise. , Plan training interventions based on the results of a TNI, Lead content development and creation of learning modules, Conceptualises innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental and capacity building needs as identified, including identification of external training programs and conferences, Design and delivery of in,house training sessions, procurement of online learning programs and vendors and other methods as appropriate, Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D projects, Ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes , Make continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as the stakeholder and business demands, Track and measure effectiveness of training using relevant assessment models and tools, Manage vendor payments and the L&D IP , Plan and execute the New Employee Induction program, Prepare and communicate the training calendar on a regular basis and ensure all the training activities are delivered as per the training calendar, Arrive at a benchmark of knowledge, skill and competence by using various measurement methodologies; scientific and informal
