Recruitment ManagerJob Requirements: Develops and implements programs to recruit and select the talent to meet the organization's business needs for Shared Service Center. Identifies recruitment , selection , talent acquisition needs, and ensures that company's recruitment policies, processes and standards are followed at all levels. Participates in negotiation of agreements with external recruitment programs and developments. Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment and resourcing programs. Counsels managers on recruitment approach, selection methods, and talent management.Responsibilities: 1) Full ownership of the recruitment pipeline working with the Shared Service Manager and hiring managers 2) Source candidates through networking, job boards, social media, internet research, etc. 3) Review resumes in Workday and compare to position qualifications 4) Conduct initial phone screening of candidates and recommend candidates for further screening by Shared Service Manager and hiring manager 5) Create interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination between candidate and hiring teams 6) Coordinate pre,hire process to include pre,employment screening, preparing new hire paperwork, processing new hires in Workday, assisting hiring managers with first day preparation 7) Create a great candidate experience at every stage in the talent acquisition process from phone screening, to scheduling interviews, to pre,hire process 8) Conduct new hire orientations 9) Ensure Workday recruiting processes are being followed such as interview feedback being captured in Workday and candidates areshownin the correct stage in the consideration process 10) Attend hiring events, information sessions and job fairs and represent the Unifrax brand 11) Assist with administration of talent acquisition programs such as interns,co,ops, relocation and immigration 12) Help evaluate new technology and tools and present research and recommendations Qualifications, Experience: 1) Degree in business, HR or related field required 2) Demonstrable recruiting experience 3) Knowledge of Workday, CEBOS, ADP, SAP would be desirable but not essential 4) Strong excel skills to include experience with sorting data, formulas and creating charts and graphs 5) Self,starter with a positive attitude who takes initiative to learn, ask questions, and recommend ways to improve existing processes 6) Excellent Interpersonal skills, communication skills, and high standards in exercising confidentiality and trustworthiness 7) Sound critical thinking and research capabilities 8) Excellent organization skills and attention to detail If you are interested in being part of a world class recruitment function here at Unifrax then we would love to hear from you.
