We are looking for an Assistant Manager with experience to join the Finance Department of Uncle Delivery India Private Limited. The role offers broad exposure to many divisions and groups within the CompanyOUR IMPACT :, Finance Function is responsible to establish and to ensure that the relevant control checks are in place including Tax compliances, Invoice Processing and Reporting., The team has responsibility for coordinating with the user functions to get expense accrual inputs and MIS to ensure accurate and timely recording of expenses. The team is also responsible for effectively managing vendor relations.QUALIFICATION :, Chartered Accountant,MBA (Fin), Experience and expertise in Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting,Statutory Compliance and Contract Management, Tableau Knowledge will be an added advantage, Expertise in MS Office, Prior experience in accounting of a medium to large scale organization , Should have a thorough understanding of tax and compliance, Good eye for detail with business acumen and strong analytical skills., Good communication skills to address queries and concerns of internal teams & vendors., Positive attitude and problem,solving approach., Should have good knowledge of Nodal account working and balancing., Should have basic MIS Reporting and presentation skills, Possesses a good understanding of client types, relevant markets, products, processes, regulations and systems required to achieve business objectives, Demonstrates an in,depth understanding of the economics that underlie transactions or processes being performed. RESPONSIBILITIES :, Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecast, Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports, Working across multiple Finance functions to deliver Period forecast, Work on key region,customer initiatives to drive business and region performance, Support the annual operating plan (AOP) process, Create Channel to support business partners, Maintain complex Excel models, Develop PowerPoint presentation to communicate business results and insights, Collaborate with supply chain and finance functions on ad,hoc projects, Create an inclusive and collaborative environment, Reconciliation of transactions with the acquiring banks or payment gateway., Nodal Accounts Reconciliation, MIS Reporting , Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting., Managing Process Audit, Managing queries and expectations of Stakeholders, New projects implementations
