Job Description

We are looking for a talented Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager in our Product Marketing team to take the lead with our product marketing and customer growth and retention strategies.You'll lead a small team of motivated marketers to insist on the highest standards from partner marketing teams and encourage agile experimentation to drive the acquisition and retention goals of our learners and educators alike. The role will thrive in a fast,paced environment and would be closely partnering with product marketing leadership to build an engaged audience for our brand.What you'll do :, Manage a small team of hands,on marketers to lead the experience lifecycle of our learners and educators., Build strategies to drive customer engagement and growth through multiple campaigns, Apply behavioral attributes to identify customer cohorts and understand barriers for acquisition and deep engagement, Handle email marketing, branding, and App store campaigns end to end to focus on conversions., Design and run feature walkthroughs, ASO experiments, audit our communications, cover messaging over multiple platforms such as SMS, Whatsapp, etc. , all to create effective customer journeys.What we need :, Proven 5, 10 years of work experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing or Product Marketing., People management experience of handling a small team for 1+ year(s)., Hands,on experience with HTML and content management systems., Proficiency in marketing automation technology (WebEngage, Salesforce, etc, or similar)., Experience using analytical and database tools (Tableau, Advanced Excel, etc, or similar)., Excellent written communication and copywriting skills., Strong project management skills., An ability to work under tight deadlines., Experience in ed,tech or a certification in Product Marketing will be a big plus.
