Media Buying Manager_Transformative Learning SolutionsAbout The Ayurveda Experience:Transformative owns and manages products,, and its brands and subsidiaries including Iyura, Ajara, and more launching shortly. We focus on building,acquiring direct,to,consumer Ayurveda brands in Skincare, Personal Care, Education, Supplements (coming soon), and Food( coming soon). is among the most prominent (both in terms of size and visitors) Ayurveda focused platforms in North America and Australia. Over 400,000 customers have enjoyed our products and services. Over 80% of our current business is skincare focused through our two brands Iyura and Ajara. We have recently started operations of our skincare brands in Europe. We are the largest Ayurvedic Platform in North America, and Iyura is the largest Ayurvedic Skincare brand in North America.Over 30,000 people have taken a paid Ayurveda,related educational course on in over 150 countries. We offer 23 such courses with more coming soon. Taking Ayurveda to the world brings us tremendous joy, and we hope to keep adding more such meaningful products and services to our portfolio.Transformative is Funded by Fireside, Centrum( Kalpavriksh), and 40 plus marquee angel investors.Roles and Responsibilities:, The primary responsibility of the selected candidates is to create and implement strategies to profitably advertise on and grow the scale of our major advertising platforms. This requires research on internal media buying data and innovations happening outside of the company in the digital marketing field., The second major task is to create analytical reports on platform performance and troubleshoot issues., Thirdly, a media buyer is required to coordinate with Content Team within the company and also few external agencies for getting ad creatives, and also provide data,backed feedback for those creatives to them.Expectations from the candidate:, Has good quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, and analytical skills., Has an understanding of media buying metrics and their impact on platform performance, to be able to troubleshoot inefficiencies., Has motivation and is self,driven to achieve targets with full zeal., Has a knack for research to keep track of, and if feasible, suggest innovations in digital marketing., Has 2+ years of experience in buying ad inventory on Facebook, Google, or other major platforms (Not mandatory; role for freshers also available)
