Transformation Lead , Manufacturing,Sales , Building Material , PREMIER B SCHOOLAt present, we are having a role of TRANSFORMATION LEAD (LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST) , MANUFACTURING , SALES STRATEGY for a reputed Building Material company for their newly setup TRANSFORMATION & ANALYTICS WING in KOLKATA CORPORATE OFFICE LOCATIONPosition Title : TRANSFORMATION LEAD , MANUFACTURING& TRANSFORMATION LEAD , SALESReports to : Head, Transformation OfficeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Performance Tracking & Reporting :, Understand the expectations of senior leadership teams in terms of key metrics and business processes to review, their frequency and cadence, Work with functional teams to design the right set of performance dashboards for reporting of business performance metrics, For the identified metrics and dashboards, build the relevant data architecture and governance processes at functional level that allows for continuous and automatic updates, Socialize dashboards and key insights with senior leadership teams, brief them before key reviews and prioritize business meetings for them based on dashboard indicators, Create executive visualizations of dashboards for senior leadership and work with IT , MIS to ensure deployment on laptop, mobile devices, Build analytical algorithms , programs that track the metrics against annual operating plans and provide early warning indicators for deviations and need for course correctionsContinuous Business Improvement :, Translate business problems into analytics use cases (e.g. Plant OEE improvement, Pricing Analytics, Network Optimization), Conduct detailed data analytics to drive analytical use cases for continuous business performance improvement, Formulate and define continuous improvement initiatives basis insights from data analytics in coordination with functional owners, Present business implications of initiatives to functional owners and work closely with functional teams to drive implementation of initiativesGovernance & Review Cadence :, Define and follow a structured review cadence (weekly) with functional teams to discuss performance gaps and identify actions to drive improvement, Ensure regular update meetings with senior leadership to update on business performance across key metrics & status of key initiatives across analytical use casesKEY CAPABILITIES :, Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data using one or more of modern BI & visualization tools, Able to translate analysis into insights, initiatives and business implications, Distill complex results or processes into simple, clear visualizations,dashboards, Strong project,team management skills including running tight governance cadence with business teams, Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholdersKEY COMPETENCIES :, Problem Solving (Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Problem Analysis, Problem Resolution, Decision Making), Achievement Orientation (Ownership, Initiative, Results Orientation, Exceeding expectations), Effective communication (Communication skills, Convincing ability, Persuasive, Influencing, Negotiating skills), Execution Excellence (Planning & Organizing, Time Management, Process Orientation , Process Adherence, Operational Excellence), People,Centered (Interpersonal effectiveness , Interpersonal Relationship, Developing self and others , capability building), Team Work (Team Relationship, Team work & Cooperation, Team Development)
