Qualification: MBA,PGDM preferred Responsibilities:, Training Need Analysis of the organization , Measurement of Training Effectiveness , Impact Analysis , Design, Develop and Manage Training Modules Determines training requirements of the organization by studying , , Sales and Marketing strategy , OD and People Development strategy , TNA Ensure regular front line sales Training to Sales force of the region including Class Room Training On the job Training , Periodic feedback of ongoing training and Feedback analysis. , Suggest corrective actions,changes basis feedback analysis , Audit,Inspection of Sales Training and sales promotion in the region Desired Skills: , Good Communication, Presentation, Inter,personal and Leadership Skills , Proven track record of Training Programme Design, Delivery. , Knowledge of best L&D practices. , FMCG Industry experience is preferred. , Professional certification such as ISTD is preferred
