As the Training Manager, you will be accountable for the performance and successful execution of end-to-end training for large contact center teams. In this leadership level role, you will ensure that training drives the performance of our students and provides outstanding customer and client interactions. This role requires that EAW must have the right technology, tools, and team to deliver for our stakeholders. Also, you’ll be responsible for impacting the employee’s experience and skills in multiple components of training to include new hire onboarding, on the job training, technical training, and continuous professional development programs. Importantly, you will work across the organization to create synergies and processes that ultimately create a best-in-class experience for our employees and learners.
