Job Title : Manager , TrainingDepartment , Division : HR & Admin External Interface : , Consultants, Training Agencies, Vendors pertaining to training materialMinimum Qualification :, Graduate, MBA HR (preferred)Minimum Experience :, 5,9 years of experience in training and development with an exposure to Talent Management , OD and PMS processesSpecial Skills,Attributes :, Excellent written and verbal Communication skills, Good presentation skills, Good at content development, Good interpersonal skillsOverall Purpose,Objective :, Of the job Responsible for training and development initiatives of the On roll and frontline staff for all locations with special focus on orientation and behavioral training., Support in the execution of Talent Management & OD Interventions , Support in PMS i.e. Goal Setting, Quarterly Reviews and Annual Appraisal closures Key Responsibilities :On roll employees training :, Support in determining training needs, identifying training gaps & conducting various training programs on behavioral topics to enhance efficiency., Implementation of Annual Training Calendar :, Responsible for content creation and development for training programs, Also responsible for delivery of the training programs (Shared responsibility with External Consultants), Analyzing the impact of trainings imparted and bringing continuous upgradation in training programs for desired results., Initiating new training concepts and customized programs as per the requirement of the management and business, Support in designing and Implementation of various learning interventions to enhance learning culture and achieve the desired objectives., Coordinate and ensure functional knowledge sharing are executed, by implementing various initiatives internally such as Stellar etc., , Preparing, maintaining & analysis of Training data and reporting the same in prescribed formats, Support in initiating new training concepts and implement as per the requirement of the management and business, Coordinate with location HR teams ensuring timely execution of monthly training audits w.r.t the assessment of training quality and effectiveness, Preparing, maintaining & analysis of Training data and reporting the same in prescribed formats, Support in PMS process such as Goal setting, Quarterly reviews, and annual appraisalsTalent Management (TM) & OD Interventions :, Understand the objectives of various TM & OD interventions. Support in conceptualization and Implementation of the initiatives by coordinating with BHR, s, senior stake holders and employees., Identify relevant external consultants and working with them, ensuring the desired organizational expectations are met.Off roll employees training : , Supervising the implementation of Training Calendar month on month, Mystery Audits, report Sharing with stakeholders, Coordinate with location HR teams ensuring timely execution of monthly training audits w.r.t the assessment of training quality and effectiveness., Analyzing the business requirements and improvising the training modules and adding new Training modules as per requirement, Preparing, maintaining & analysis of Training data and reporting the same in prescribed formatsPMS :, Support in PMS process such as Goal setting, Quarterly reviews, and annual appraisals at HO, Coordinate with BHR's and other stake holders ensuring on time completion of PMS process., MIS and tracking the status for employees across locations.Other Requirements , Language Proficiency :, For Hindi and English, Should be willing to travel Pan, India (Currently restricted due to Covid Protocols)
