Description: The Sales Head will be involved in building and managing all aspects of a sales department inclusive of lead management, account management & business analytics.Responsibilities:, Identifying areas of improvement in the business's marketing strategies. , Identifying opportunities and understanding the market and competitive environment. , Represent the business beyond the sales department during conferences and workshops, Responsible for the team's target. , Develop the team to its fullest potential and Develop a self managing team. , Taining the team to use the tools efficiently which are given for communication and leads management., Strategic role in building creative sales strategies,creates goals that comply with the attainment of the business's overall objectives and strives to meet and exceed these goals., Plays an analytical role in conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily,weekly,monthly,quarterly reports to senior management., Assesses the amount of resources required by the sales department in order to achieve optimal performance. , Leading to financial benefit for the business,identify and develop new market opportunities for the business.QUALIFICATION:, Any Masters degree required (preferably in business administration), Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience, 12+ years of experience in managing a big size team in the education sector handling overall sales and partnership., Good communication, Analytical and leadership skills
