Summary:We are looking for a strong finance professional with good experience working on finance and operations in business environment.Responsibilities:1.Preparing financial reports. Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts. Analyzing financial statements, projected cash flows, evaluated projects and advised top management on potential acquisition and business decisions.2.High,level financial reporting and analysis. Prepared, examined and analyzed financial statements to ensure accurate reporting of the company's financial position.3.Analysed financial statements, projected cash flows, evaluated projects and advised top management on potential acquisition and business decisions.4.Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice5.Working closely with management to share reports and analysis findings.6.Manage Fund flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports7.Monitoring internal controls.8.Ensuring Cost control. Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business.9.Cash flow management10.Stakeholder management11.Regular budget consolidation12.Responsible for P&L Reports submission to the Board on time.13.Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports14.Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.15.Annual Budget, Responsible for the annual budgeting process including the communication of corporate planning assumptions and the development and review of departmental budgets.16.Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting; Managing financial and accounting transactions.17.Consolidated daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly reporting through audited financial statements , Consolidated budget, forecasting, and analysis18.Streamlining accounting functions and operations.19.Developing plans for financial growth of the Organization.20.Evaluating and managing risk.21.Responsible for Periodic Financial Audits across all locations22.Overseeing financial and accounts department staff in day,to,day operations.23.Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations24.Ensured proper maintenance of effective internal controls to assure safeguarding of assets and reliability of financial statements.25.Prepare for management all financial statements for monthly review and additional reports as requested.Qualification:1.Masters degree preferably an MBA in Finance or equivalent degree from a top reputed institution2.Proven working experience as a Financial Controller, Finance head3.Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures4.Experience with creating financial statements.5.Experience with general ledger functions and the month,end,year end close process6.Excellent accounting software user and administration skills7.Excellent Communication skills8.Advanced Knowledge in MS office Tools , Excel etc.9.Solid analytics and critical thinking accompanied with strong Excel modelling skills.10.Strong leadership qualities.11.Auditing experience12.Proficiency in accounting software13.Analytical skills.
