Job Description

Is a Subject matter expert for Network (Telecom)

Exposure and knowledge of wireline, wireless mobility, voice and data broadband business environments

Exposure good awareness of Network technology e.g.

i. wireless GSM, GPRS, Edge , 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE Long term evolution) etc

ii. wireline – leased line, ethernet etc

iii. VoIP etc etc

Should have worked in multiple areas of Telecom Operations, Service Delivery, Revenue assurance, Network Optimization etc.

Exposure to multiple India telecom players required (global exposure preferred)

Has the ability to leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive delivery excellence (best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, productivity, analytics)

Special focus on driving analytics, client business value, process benchmarking and productivity improvements across global portfolio

Is able to work with multiple stakeholders e.g. delivery leads, account management, clients and operational excellence teams

Has engaged directly with Clients (CXOs and Senior Executives levels preferred

Has done solutioning consulting

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Network space (Telecom preferable) for Accenture’s global Network portfolio.

Must bring in deep domain expertise, thought leadership, understanding of current & future trends of the network telecom industry

Able to leverage domain to identify recommend latest technology platforms to take

Network Telecom offering to the next generation in Outsourcing journey

Drive globally service excellence and client value through analytics, best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, process and productivity benchmarking

Design, build, deploy and maintain standard delivery solutions methodologies

Assist Solution Architects in the deal shaping process preferably achieve the standard solution

Work with delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams

Provide monthly progress reporting to stakeholders, coordinate and promote effective cross team working

Participate in identification and selling opportunities of new existing clients

Largely individual contributor role

Basic Qualification

MBA Engineers Masters from Top Tier Institutes

Exceptional communication skills – verbal written

Strong client presence

Ability to work with senior stakeholders in delivery, OADM, client

Must have worked in BPO industry with leading players and managed international clients

Past experience in BPO operations solutioning desirable

Must have 10 11 years of total experience and 4 5 years of relevant experience
