Job Description

The Technical Recruiter would be responsible for working with stakeholders and hiring managers towards closure of roles within agreed levels of SLA's. The recruiter would ensure that the KPI's are met while there is no compromise on the pre,defined standards of quality. This will involve utilising recruitment technology applications and managing the process end,to end.Work towards achieving monthly productivity focussed on critical generic roles within the allocated lines of business, Ensure the recruitment service is delivered as per agreed SLA's with the client, Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targets., Accountable for ensuring target number of hires join as per pre agreed start dates, Lead discussions on open roles with hiring managers and document recruitment plans. These should include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved in the selection process., Work in collaboration with the souring team to ensure hiring targets are met, Work independently on sourcing to ensure a robust pipeline at each stage of the recruiting funnel, Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships.
