Job Description

1. To work with Green field and brown field Beverage projects at international locations (franchisees) for installation & commissioning of various equipment's , machines and their streamlining which will involve both Tetra and PET lines. 2. To finalize with internal and external teams for Technical specifications for Beverage project, scheme, P & I, BOQ, scope of supply, payment terms, erection commissioning, etc. for new projects as well as for existing plants after detailed discussion with internal customers.3. To set the process parameters, KPI & KRA for green field and brown field Beverage project Operations.4. Selection of equipment, s, utility and process according to the product requirement with internal and external teams.5. To check CAPEX raised for various equipment, machines, utilities, infrastructure for new project & existing units from HO & manufacturing location for technical & commercial terms6. Daily plant performance review of assigned plants with plant head,CFT as per set agenda. "Plant review will be conducted on daily basis with Plant Head or with CFT of the plant. 7. To work out on technical up,gradation of plant in terms of capacity & efficiency and o finalize on scope of necessary equipment, machines & utilities. 8. To visit manufacturing locations for Technical plant audit , Routine or case specific. To visit various vendors in,process, machinery suppliers & utility suppliers for inspection & trial of equipment's , machines for new projects or for upgrading existing ones.9. To work with Plant & HO on budget for technical & plant up gradations to further improve on capacity & efficiencies10. Introduce latest innovations , trends in beverage industry for concerned equipment , machines to further improve on efficiencies & GMPs11. To support franchisees for various technical developments in the industry and to provide technical knowhow on new product or new SKU12. To provide production support in case of new line commissioning.13. To work out new cost saving measures & energy management in technical operations, manufacturing & maintenance operations. RM,PM change or process change. Conducting end to end trials at plants for any RM,PM change or process change.14. Guide and support plant for closing the gaps highlighted in QA,iMS audit,technical audit permanently.15. Troubleshooting at plant level as and when required
