Job Responsibilities and Duties:, Sign up new universities and build market reach by locating, identifying, negotiating and closing business relationships, Identify the prospective universities to whom TLEdtech services can be offered, Make presentations to the key officials of the university to get their consent, Negotiate with the decision makers, Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations, Participate in tenders, apply for the relevant tenders and work on them for closure, Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizationsFunctional,Technical skills:, Excellent communication skills (Oral and written), Excellent business acumen and analytical skills, Experience in Business Development role preferably with government agencies, Well versed in government processes like tender , EOI, Experience in dealing with higher educational institutions is preferred, Should be aware of the new education policy framework, Knowledgeable of the organizational structure in higher education institutions, Must have exposure to Online educationBehavioural skills , Communication skills, negotiation skills :, Should be able to work independently, Dynamic, pleasing and impressive personality, Good negotiation and presentation skills
