PPRO is maturing, scaling the business and supporting future growth and you will have an active role as a Team Lead who has a clear focus on the clients technical onboarding into the systems of the group, establishment of client and merchant onboarding function and the integration of tools into the reporting landscape as well as the further development of various reports (management report, department reviews). Reporting to the Global Head of Support & Boarding, we have created this new position in order to drive and enable the growth of PPRO’s business. We have the ambition to deliver Boarding as a standalone service for not only our Clients but also our Payment Schemes and Banks. You will focus on delivering an efficient service today and designing the service of the future.
What will you be doing:
As Team lead Boarding you lead the team responsible for configuring our systems to perform the services we provide to Clients and the services we receive from Payment Schemes and Banks. You are the owner of the process, continuously improving it and reporting KPIs/SLAs on delivering the tasks accurately and fast.
