Working experience with public cloud like AWS, Azure, Rackspace Automation systems administration tasks using bash, Perl, Python, or PowerShell

Experience in designing large scale environment with a mixture of Linux and Windows operating systems

Experience with data storage protocols such as CIFS, FC, FCoE, iSCSI, and NFS.

Expertise on designing and supporting production network such as routers, switches, and firewalls

Expertise in designing and supporting production storage and backup infrastructure

Consultative, Mentoring Coaching skills Understanding of business environment Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables

Strong knowledge of enterprise architectures

Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently to support deadlines

Strong communication skills and ability to converse business requirements

Good to Have

Experience in deploying Private, Public and Hybrid Clouds Compute Clouds




Cloud Migration


Storage deployment and fine tuning with EMC, Hitachi, NetApp etc.

LAN, WAN deployment, fine tuning

Familiar with distributed systems like Cassandra, Gluster ,Ceph

Hands on experience with VMware vSphere products such as vSphere, vCloud Director, SRM, vCenter Operations, etc.

Responsibility of Expectations from the Role

Mentor technical leaders in design and coding.

Evaluate industry trends, open source project innovations and drive such adoptions in the company

Design and implement large scale private cloud platform

Optimisation of resource and improve the performance

Review the system implementation to align with solution design.

Design a highly scalable and redundant virtual infrastructure to support the requirements

Develop and manage capacity and growth projection forecasts of the environment within budgets

Provide innovative suggestions for complex implementation solutions

Deliver presentations and tech talks to both internal and external customers
