Purpose of the job:, The role is responsible for supporting overall corporate HR function. Supporting in all aspects of HR, Talent Acquisition, HR IT & Systems, L&D, Compensation, Data Analytics & Talent Management, Management trainee will go through exposure in all related functions of HR. This will be 1 year program wherein the trainee will get exposed to all aspects of HR., Supporting in creating various types of HR Analytics , Supporting in creating & managing HR Dashboards , Support in Talent Acquisition and on,boarding process, Working with the SMEs on existing and new initiatives., Handling end to end compensation cycle., Support in preparation of reports and dashboards for HR., Engage stakeholders in change agendas; support HR transformation project delivery and trackingEducation & Experience Requirement:B.Tech + MBA ( Must ), Ideally a 2 years of work experience pre MBA., Must have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills., Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Highly numerate with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, recognise implications and generate solutions
