To acquire, develop & maintain client relationships as well as to meet and exceed targets for the commercial vehicle product (M&HCV).
Achieving sales target by working on selected database of clients to begin with, swiftly progressing to new client acquisition.
To create a structure in select locations to deliver the above required imperatives
To create E2E solutions on processes within guidelines and framework of cpc and operations, in line with other asset products
As business grows, to coordinate with the product management and marketing team, for effective implementation of strategies for customer acquisition at local level
Launching promotions in tandem with overall organizations plan & ensuring effective implementation of the same at local level
Develop data base of targeted relationships, mapping the assigned market and establishing relationships at all levels
Competition mapping, keeping a track of competition in the market and be updated on all market trends
Create effective understanding of the business in the stakeholders as expertise on this product available within current setup is limited
Creating structure around the processes by working himself on the first few deals so as to align system deliverables effectively
Achieve organisation NIM and Scale targets together, with quick scale up
Forging targeted number of business relationships within the agreed timelines
Maintaining a healthy portfolio quality.
Meeting sales targets for the various products in the assigned territories
Ensuring the customer satisfaction matrix is met for all client relationships
Timely MIS reporting to all concerned.
Specialized Job Competencies
Experience in this field
Knowledge on market realities on sourcing, selling, executing and maintaining business relationships across product sub segments
Knowledge about the products, policies & programs and contribution to refining them as we move ahead in the business
Knowledge about statutory compliance & local market procedures
Knowledge of local customer preferences, geographic nuances and finance peculiarities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
MBA PGDBM or graduate with proven Sales & Marketing experience
Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
Exposure to selling loans to Commercial Vehicle (CV) users (M&HCV), across segments from FTU to Super Strategic and in new and used CV categories.
Experience of corporate sales business development in financial services sector will be a significant advantage
