To develop & execute talent management strategy that is in line with business strategy & to contribute in organizational performance.
Diagnose the organizational requirements for talent management to support organizational life stage needs to drive high performance and productivity.
Talent management strategies at Organizational & Business level unit.
Diagnose organizational requirements, Strategic Talent Review (STR)
Design & develop systems and processes to drive business alignment and efficiency
Annual performance appraisals ( Process guidelines, education, review, reporting )
Career pathing & succession planning frameworks and system.
Assist the CHRO & CLO on succession planning and management for top roles.
Review the effectiveness of existing systems and processes and continuously improvise
Advice talent development interventions to meet the talent gaps
Manage the change in systems, process, practices using change management practices and principles.
Identify training needs and implement the same through talent development processes.
Skills Experience & Education Qualification required
At least 14 18 years of experience with at least 7 8 years in talent management and development. processes
