The Role of Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose: This position will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and help support on a day to day basis with all administration and recruitment tasks.

Job Overview: Peninsula is a fast-growing business and as a Talent Acquisition Team we recruit 100-150 individuals to the group Companies on a quarterly basis. This role is extremely important to ensure that the onboarding of all the new starters are done correctly.

Salary Range
: $50,000 - $55,000

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities

  • Post new roles on the appropriate job boards.
  • Reduce the use of recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct first stage interviews via video or F2F with candidates.
  • Ensuring that both candidates and stakeholders receive a first-class experience throughout the recruitment
  • process.
  • Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
  • Providing feedback to candidates on the interview process.
  • To help drive continuous improvement and efficiencies within the department.
  • Creating/prepare new hire offer packages.
  • Plan and facilitate weekly/monthly meetings with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Department in other areas as determined by management.
  • Responsible for handling Indeed Budgets and ensuring costs are low.
  • Implementation of new processes, templates, contracts, etc.
  • Involvement in generating statistics and data regarding hiring.
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers.
  • Handling referral bonuses and collaborating with payroll.
  • Responsible for keeping track of off boarders in the company and scheduling exit interviews.
  • Responsible for conducting corporate inductions with all new hires.


  • 1-3 years of recruitment or HR related experience
  • College/University Degree in Business and/or equivalent
