We have seen immense love from the customers till now and are excited to redefine how India shops.Job Responsibilities :, Lead a team of City leaders across cities and drive a culture of business excellence, Establish an operating rhythm of the business to ensure the cities are running effectively and efficiently, Present high,level plans and reviews with senior leadership, Find and pursue cost reduction opportunities for maintaining strong P&L, Expansion into multiple hyperlocal zones for higher customer zone coverage, Maintain highest levels of store manpower efficiency, order fill rates. optimize ambient and cold storage space, Maintain highest levels of stock availability and CX metrics and explore growth drivers, Ensure 100% Instamart serviceability to its consumers, Interact with delivery operations team to plan rider availability and improve rider training and behavior, Stock management, stock movement across multiple phases and audits, Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence, Support procurement process and build vendor and supplier relationships, Identify and implement new initiatives with stakeholders to develop and launch new initiatives, Build consensus among cross,functional teams and influence decision making with leadership, Maintain harmony and ensure shared responsibility of business objectives with focus on team development and employee career growth, Help with recruiting operations and oversee new employee onboarding and training programsDesired Skills :, High ownership, accountability, and bias for action a must, Should be comfortable in working in a fast paced and ever,changing environment, Should have experience towards managing a large team of online and offline members, 10+ years of relevant experience in Retail,E,commerce industry in leading businesses, Experience of handling large teams across multiple cities, A competent result,oriented decision,maker with strong stakeholder management and execution skills, Should be comfortable with data analysis, Excel and be able to drive data driven decision making, Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment, High ethical standards, Language: English and Local Language preferred
