, Experience with exposure to consultancy in Insurance , reinsurance industry, Understanding of key business processes in the BFSI sector, Preference will be given to the candidates having worked on at least 2,3 of the following areas:, Strategy formulation and implementation, Business planning, Financial planning, budgeting and analysis , Strategic cost optimization, Process reengineering , transformation, Market entry & business growth strategy, Distribution transformation, Organization level project , program management, Experience of working with the leadership team and CXOs of the firm(s) is desired, but not essential, Candidates having exposure to different lines of business within insurance sector (General, Health) will have an added advantage, Client service delivery,execution, Execute projects at times supporting multiple clients. Assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients, Manage client personnel, Knowledge Management, Assist in developing point of views , thought leadership, Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge, Business development:, Support business development efforts including taking proposal preparation, Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to manager, Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact issues with his clients, Develop industry expertise, People Management , Be a strong team player, Learn and develop team management skills
