Job Description

Role will be responsible to lead Strategy & Commercial Operations for South Asia. Primary responsibilities will be working closely with Managing Director in developing and supporting short and long range growth strategies. Key activities include leading annual strategic planning processes, work on special cluster projects & provide project management support towards acceleration plans. The role will also lead the Sales Operations & Business Analytics with the whole of providing a framework to how we run commercial operations and ensuring availability of health of business Dashboards and other automated tools for the commercial leadership team to drive the business.Qualifications & Experience :, Minimum of 5 years, experience in management consulting, and,or corporate strategic planning or Business development (Alliances roles), Knowledge of the medical device industry, deep understanding of healthcare systems in key markets in South Asia, across India and ASEAN markets., Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills including influencing with direct reporting , Ability to foster relationships and credibility quickly at all levels of the organization., Comfortable working in a demanding, fast paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and working within ambiguity, Experience leading cross functional teams, Excellent problem solving, Executive presentation and analytical skills, Proven ability to develop plans as well as lead teams to develop plans akin to management consulting, Willing to travel , 20%
